It took us ages to move servers in the end, what with work and life doing their level best to get in the way. But we're back now, and both making personal promises to write more, and more often.
Abi's sock monster business is growing, and she's just had a successful day with a stall at the Sheffield Green Fair. She almost bought a coffee shop recently, but after a lot of business planning decided it wasn't a strong enough proposition. Rather than waste all the entrepreneurial advice she got, however, she's getting involved with the City of Sanctuary Cafe project in town.
I've had some rather stupidly busy months - largely due to my stupid habit of saying yes to so many things. I've been involved in the re-launch of the Phoenix Music Club, have spent a lot of time developing i-church, have had a lot of freelance web development work come in, and have been fitting in voluntary work for City of Sanctuary and Access Space. In the coming months, I'm going to be getting the voluntary work under control so I can focus more on my work and still have a social life. Or 'tis the plan, anyway.
One other very cool thing is that I've managed to get back into dancing. I get a couple of evenings a week in with Triskele and the the fledgling William Morris Morris, and had a particularly fine time at the Middlewich Folk Festival. So the Good Stuff is slowly coming back.
